Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is received. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Some items, including print-on-demand apparel or made-to-order products, may require additional production time before shipping.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping carrier. Typical delivery times are:
• United States: 3–10 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be sent via email once the order has shipped.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays that are outside of our control.
Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact broach.david@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue so that the situation can be investigated.
