Return Policy
A 30-day return policy applies. Items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Orders should be inspected upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, contact broach.david@gmail.com immediately so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards. Questions about a specific item can be directed to broach.david@gmail.com before purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, the order may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Notification will be sent once the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
